Combatting Hyperinflation

There two primary causes of hyperinflation in a token:

• an increase in token supply not supported by economic growth

• demand-pull inflation, where demand outstrips supply

To combat these causes, RPM will utilize a variety of tools to implement a contractionary monetary policy . These tools include increasing gas fees, adjusting staking rewards, and directly/indirectly reducing the token supply.

Factors to maintain balance between deflation and inflation

• The easiest way to keep players from taking money out of the game it to make it a really good game that they enjoy playing.

• Continue to develop utilities for the token

• Provide rewards for staking or lock up tokens for a period of time

• Develop new game assets that share in the revenue of the game

• Increase or decrease payouts and fees
