How our NFTs are different
As the name implies, the Osmoto Mach 1 nft race cars are dynamic, in that they change over time. They change by storing game play and in-game upgrades on-chain. Because of the complexity of making nft cars that communicate with the game and store information, it was necessary to modify the minting process to be sure that everything was done correctly.
We therefore decided to turn the minting process into a modular minting process. By creating modules, where each smart contract could be tailored specifically for that stage, we were better able to make sure the entire process ran more smoothly and without error.
RPM Minting Modules
Module 1 -Minting for ownership
This is the initial stage, where buyers mint the car to initiate the 3-step process. This stage is necessary to allow the buyer to take ownership of the car and allow them entrance into the RPM Customization Portal, which is the second module in the mint.
Module 2 -Customization
The second stage of the minting process allows owners of nft race cars to enter the customization portal. Once in the portal, owners will be allowed to choose the colors of various parts of their car, along will pinstripe and other finishing options.

In addition to these options, both matte and high-gloss options are available on the bonnet and boot. These first 100 permutations of the Osmoto Mach 1, will be known affectionately as the “100,” signified by a special “100” RPM logo.

Cars carrying the “100” logo will all have additional utilities from other race cars.After the initial 100permutations are completed, the project will expand allow for more color options. .

Module 3 - Connection to the game
The third and final stage in the process, is where we connect the nft race cars to the game, so that the players can begin earning tokens and participating in races with their own cars.
